Review: Ghost Music

I don't I really "got" this book. And I'm not sure if it's because I'm just not into surrealism or just because I'm not smart enough. I still don't understand the talking mushroom, the parallel with the mushroom deliveries, the missing pianist, the urge behind the piano burning, and why the woman in the trench coat seems to understand it, nor the orange sand in Yunnan.
